We ship over-the-counter (OTC) & wellness products throughout the United States. Prescription medications are available in Florida only. If you’re within our local courier service area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties), prescriptions or OTC & wellness products can be delivered by local courier the next business day. If you’re elsewhere in Florida (outside our courier area), we can ship eligible prescriptions via carrier. In-store pickup is also available. We do not ship controlled substances, and we do not ship any prescriptions outside Florida.
Shipping options & rates
Available options and rates are shown at checkout. Standard (3–5 business days) and expedited shipping may be available for OTC & wellness products. In-store pickup is free.
For local courier deliveries within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, the fee is a flat $7 (no distance fees) for prescriptions or OTC & wellness products. This fee may be waived or discounted during promotions or in certain situations. Medicare and Medicaid patients receive free courier delivery within our service area.
If you’re elsewhere in Florida (outside our courier area), eligible prescriptions can be shipped via carrier at the rates shown at checkout. OTC & wellness products can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.
Local courier delivery (Florida)
We’ll confirm your delivery window by text the morning of delivery. An adult (18+) may be required to receive certain medications. If we cannot complete delivery, we’ll contact you to reschedule; additional fees may apply for repeat attempts.
Temperature-sensitive items
When required, we use insulated packaging and may limit shipping days to avoid weekend delays. If weather or carrier disruptions could impact product integrity, we may hold the order and notify you.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link for shipped OTC & wellness orders. Courier deliveries include a delivery confirmation message once completed.
Address changes & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address. We can update addresses before an order ships. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may incur reship fees.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If your package shows “delivered” but you can’t locate it, or if it’s delayed, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier trace or claim. Carrier investigations may take several business days.
Restrictions
We do not ship prescriptions to P.O. boxes or outside Florida. Controlled substances are not shipped. Certain items (e.g., aerosols, flammable or hazardous materials) may have shipping limitations. International shipping is not available at this time.
